This feature summarizes data about any segment of visitors you are viewing,
e.g. people who use Firefox and live in the US. View total visitors, average page views per visitor,
bounce rate, and more, for any segment of visitors.
Heatmaps
View heatmaps of visitor clicks on every page of your web site,
including the ability to segment by goals, split tests, and more.

Track outbound links
Clicky automatically tracks clicks on all links that point to a third party web sites.
Organizations
See the names of the companies visiting your web site. Most large companies in the US
also have additional information, such as employee count and phone number,
available within Clicky via jigsaw.com's API.

Stats embedded within your web site automatically, viewable only by you.
View a list of all visitors online now, visitors viewing a certain page, and more.
Track downloads
Clicky automatically tracks clicks on all links that point to a a file (jpg, zip, etc) on your web site.
Email reports
Receive daily, weekly, or monthly email reports that can be customized to have
only the information you care about. Each report can be sent to up to
10 unique email addresses.
Segments
Extra detail in almost every report (bounce rate, average time, etc).
Video analytics
If you have any videos on your web site, Clicky can monitor their interactions.
Engagement reports
View a summary of your visitors' engagement levels, so you can see what percentage of
your visitors are the most or the least engaged with your web site. You can view this
both by total page views, or total time on site.
Goal tracking
A goal can be considered a 'successful' visit, such as someone who registers an account or purchases a product.
Clicky lets you define what goals are important to you so you can determine how well your web site is working.
You can also track revenue. There is a limit of 30 goals per web site.
No ads
To support our free service, ads are displayed at the top of all pages that require you to be logged in.
Paid service removes these ads, for a much cleaner experience!
Data export
Export your data to CSV or XML to save permanently on your computer.
Campaign tracking
If you run ads on the internet, including email, campaign tracking is an important feature to monitor the success of your ads.
Clicky is fully compatible with Google Analytics campaign tags (utm_...). You can also pre-define campaigns in our system to
match referring domains or landing pages that you care about.

More data history
Free plans are limited to 30 days of history. Paid plans have indefinite history,
with the exception of individual visitors and actions. These take up an enormous
amount of space, so are only guaranteed for 6 months.
Long term metrics
Quickly compare anyone's current visit with their first visit.
We'll also tie conversions (goals) to their first visit so you can see which referrers,
campaigns, and more are leading to the best long term outcomes for your business.
Big screen mode
A self-updating report with your key metrics, optimized for display on a large screen.
Alerts
Receive alerts when something happens on your web site, such as a goal being completed
or a visitor arriving from a search query. There are four alert types:
Desktop, Sound, Twitter, and Email.
Custom data tracking
Attach custom data to visitors, such as usernames or email addresses.
Particularly useful if your web site has accounts the users login to, or if you are running campaigns that
include information about the person viewing it.
Multiple dashboards
Create multiple dashboards per site, with the ability to assign each dashboard as the 'default' for any sub-user.
Better bounce rate
Our tracking code will periodically 'ping' our tracking servers while a visitor remains on a single page.
We use this to calculate more accurate bounce rates and 'time on site' values, compared to most other services.
